Welcome to Bearfoot Border Collies!
We are a small breeder located in Western Illinois about 2 miles from the Mississippi River and just outside of the little village of Niota, IL. We have about 7 acres of timber for our furry, four-legged family members to run and play on. We aren't a kennel. We have a total of three breeding females and only two to three litters a year. We do this because we love the breed. Our dogs are both companions and workers. They have strong working backgrounds as well as championship bloodlines. They work everday around the farm and when that's done they come inside and hang out with the rest of the family. Each one of them holds a special place in our hearts and lives. We've had all colors and I do have my favorites, but we breed more for disposition and working ability and leave the colors up to them.
